This can be the location for all administrative wiki links, since it's handy to have a place to note stuff.

Site administrators and probably site editors should have access to this section, but others don't need it. It's currently an in-wiki page in the administrative section...that might be annoying, if you really want it to be static you can set that up yourself however that's done.

• colophon - The Developer, if you want to store technical information about the site somewhere (i.e. who hosts us, what OS the server runs, how much we love drupal, why we chose the typeface we did, etc.), this could be a fine place for that type of material. Otherwise, nuke it.
