Whether you're headed up to Camp Hi-Sierra's Boy Scout summer camp program or its Trekking program, you'll want to plan ahead to pack what you need and leave behind what you don't!
General Camp Hi-Sierra Boy Scout Packing List
Bring
- Sleeping bag comfortable down to at least 40 degrees Fahrenheit (we recommend a 10-20 degree F bag) or any combination of blankets to do the same job
- Sleeping pad and/or mattress - keep it simple, you'll have to hike it up to your campsite!
- Hiking boots - be sure they are broken in and ready!
Leave at home
- All electronics
- All weapons
- Unnecessary valuables
